
Overview
The Waterversities Webinar Series is a 5 Session series primarily addressing the subject of how to start and set-up your own local Waterversities and the challenges that might be faced. So far we have done 4 sessions- the first was with Rajendra Singh, the second was on river journeys or yatras, the third was on arts and storytelling and the fourth was on
the revival of traditional water systems.
Session 1- Rajendra Singh
In the first one-on-one session with Rajendra Singh he talks about the sovereignty of water and water being the ultimate healer. He also gives tips and traits on how to run and set-up successful Waterversities

Rajendra Singh- He is also known as the Waterman of India has been instrumental in reviving over 20 Indian rivers and set up his own NGO Tarun Bharat Sangh
Session 2- River Yatras and Journeys
In the second session the speakers discussed the role of river yatras or journeys on the youth and those that partake in them.

Session 3- Arts, Culture and Storytelling
In the third session, we explored the arts, culture, folklore, songs, and storytelling around water and focused on re-building the culture around it.

Session 4- Reviving Traditional Water Systems
In the fourth session we explored the topic of ensuring water security through reviving and restoring traditional water systems
